Goods In
Goods are received into the warehouse, counted in by our receiving team, this is always checked against the drivers manifest to make sure no parcels are forgotten and any missing ones are instantly identified, the parcels are then brought into the warehouse for Distribution.
During the loading of cages seen in the image below, an initial quality check is done to make sure no boxes have significant damage, any that are found to be damaged are instantly photographed to be shared with the client via Skype for real-time updates enabling then to contact suppliers regarding damaged goods before their returns windows expire. Parcels are then moved to the clients allocated area within the warehouse ready for Booking in.

Allocating deliveries to your designated storage area
Once the delivery process is complete and all deliveries are caged, We will then transport all deliveries to their allocated storage/shelving area.
Each one of our partners has their own designated shelving area along with their own account manager & packing specialist.
Unpackaging & Booking in
From this point your account manager will begin the booking in process. Each delivery will be opened, Inspected and counted. Once all products have been through this step your account manager will then proceed to log these products as received via our bespoke shared spreadsheet, so you as a partner can see that your stock has successfully arrived with us. If for any reason there are any discrepancies with your order we will take relevant photo's and let you know via real time communication.

Shipment Creation
Once the booking in process is complete, your account manager will then begin creating a shipment on your behalf, taking the products that have just been booked in and entering their unique SKU's in to a shipping plan. These products are simultaneously placed in to a shipping box using our (Jigsaw effect system). Once the box is either at capacity or weight we will either move on to the next box and repeat or if you don't have enough remaining stock for another box, we will complete the shipment printing off all FNSKU labels, shipping labels and a bespoke pick & pack sheet prior to handing the shipment over to your designated packing specialist.
Prepping &Packing
Once your products have been received by your packing specialist, directly located opposite the account manager They are inspected for condition, quantities and that the products are the exact same products that the pick & pack sheet state they are.
At this point 3 Quality control measures have been applied. Inspection on delivery, inspection on booking in and inspection prior to prep/packing.
The products are carefully and efficiently packaged in any necessary protective material, be this polybags, shrink wrap, bubble bag's or bubble wrap. They are then labelled and repackaged into the box provided by your Shipment manager. Once this box is sealed it is placed onto the conveyor behind the packer to be moved to Goods Out.
Our custom designed prepping and packing booth's give our packing specialists everything they need including a semi-circle access point which reduces any unnecessary stretching and enables the packer to be able to reach any part of the booth with minimal movement.
Our booth's have been designed to maximise speed and efficiency. Since installation our daily average has increased from 650 units prepped and packed to 950 per packing specialist.

Goods Out
Once all necessary steps are completed and the shipment is ready to leave our warehouse, items are loaded onto a pallet and the end of the conveyor and are then taken to the goods out area where they are then loaded onto the carriers vehicle and sent to the relevant fulfilment centre.
